I bring deep expertise from working across the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand, giving me a broad, international perspective on regulatory expectations, governance models and risk approaches. This global background allows me to bring best-practice insights from multiple jurisdictions and tailor them to the unique needs of each organisation I work with.

I bring deep expertise across privacy, AI governance, risk management and regulatory expectations including GDPR, OAIC, APRA CPS 230, CPG 235, privacy reforms and ethical AI frameworks. My focus is on simplifying complexity and translating regulatory and governance requirements into practical, achievable solutions.

I created my business under my own name because when you work with Samantha-Carlson.com, you work directly with me — not a rotating cast of junior consultants, not a large delivery team and not a faceless firm. You get senior, personalised, hands-on support from someone who is fully accountable for the quality of every deliverable.
